摘要
为了使交流电机的控制系统具有良好的人机交互功能,完善控制系统功能的多样化,设计了基于DSP的交流电机变压变频控制系统。介绍了利用MAX-3221ECAE芯片实现TMS320F2812与上位机的串行通信,并给出了硬件电路和串行通信程序。实验表明:采用Visual Basic6.0软件的MSComm进行通信,电路设计简单,传输数据稳定准确。
In order to make the AC motor control sys tem has a good interactive feature and improve the diversity of the control system functions, the AC motor variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) control system was designed based on DSP. Serial communication between TMS320F2812 and personal computer was realized by using the chip MAX3221ECAE. The hardware circuit and a serial communication program was worked out. Then, the method of communication by using Visual Basic6.0 communica tion control MSComm was described. Communication experiment showed that the design of the system circuit was simple and the data transmission was stable and accurate.
