PVP联合ESWL治疗BPH合并膀胱结石疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察经尿道选择性绿激光前列腺汽化术(PVP)联合超声气压弹道碎石清石术(ESWL)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)合并膀胱结石的疗效。方法采用PVP联合ESWL治疗BPH合并膀胱结石36例。结果均一次手术成功,手术时间为70～150 min,平均80 min,术中、术后无输血,无膀胱穿孔,无结石残留等并发症。术后5 d拔除尿管,排尿通畅。36例术后随访3个月,均无结石复发,生活质量评分(QOL)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)由术前的(4.6±1.2)分和(24.3±2.2)分降为术后的(2.0±0.3)分和(7.1±0.6)分,术后复查最大尿流率均>15mL/s。结论 PVP联合ESWL治疗BPH合并膀胱结石疗效好。
