摘要
本文主要叙述水泥产品理化性能试验中的常见问题和解决方法,细度试验中的低压现象;测定比表面积时误差产生的原因;凝结时间试验中的试针弯曲现象、测试点位控制;标准稠度用水量的水量控制;安定性试验中的雷氏夹底部空现象;胶砂强度试验中的试件不平整、气孔现象以及试件养护条件和测试时间的控制。
This paper describes the physical and chemical properties of cement products in the Common problems and test solutions,test the low fineness phenomenon; determination of specific surface area when the error causes; setting time test in the test needle bending phenomenon,the test point control; water for normal consistency of water control; stability test in the bottom of an empty folder Ray＇ s phenomenon; mortar strength test specimen is not flat,stomatal behavior and specimen curing conditions and test time control.
