淮北农村自建房工程质量现状与评价

农村自建房在我市乃至全国广泛存在。从开展检测的情况看,淮北市农村自建房工程在地基与基础、主体结构设计、结构布置、原材料与施工等方面都存在诸多问题。问题的主要原因是房主质量意识差、面向农村的施工单位水平低等。我市应结合农村实际情况尽快制定《农村农房建筑管理办法》,从制度上保证建设施工安全;要加大对农村建筑队伍的整顿力度;引导农户树立"质量第一"的安全意识,从而保证农村自建房质量。

The self-built houses exist widely in the rural area in our city and country.From the situation of the survey,there remain a lot of problems in the self-built house engineering such as ground work/foundation,main structure design,structure layout and material and construction.The basic cause lies in the house owners＇ poor quality awareness and worse qualification of the builders who undertake the construction etc.Therefore a certain measures shall be taken in our city i.e.formulation of ＂Control Methods Of Rural Building Construction＂ as soon as possible in line with the local rural current situation to secure the construction safety in system,rectifying intensively the rural construction builder teams,rouse of the sense of ＂quality upmost＂ among the farmers so as to guarantee the better quality of rural self-built houses.
