曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗缺血性心力衰竭疗效观察

Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in treatment of pa-tients with ischemic heart failure

目的观察曲关他嗪片和芙托洛尔缓释片联合治疗对缺血性心力衰竭患者左室收缩功能及血浆心室利钠多肽（BNP）水平的影响。方法将102例缺血性心力衰竭患者随机分为常规治疗组及联合治疗组，分别于治疗前及治疗后6个月测定左室射血分数、6min步行试验及血浆BNP、C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平。结果联合治疗组较常规治疗组心室功能及活动耐量均明显改善，BNP及CRP显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论曲美他嗪和美托洛尔缓释片联用能有效改善缺血性心肌病患者心室功能及活动耐量，提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of trimetazidine tablets combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets on left ventricular systolic function and serum B-type natriuretic pep- tide （BNP） level in patients with ischemic heart failure （IHF）. Methods A total of 102 patients with IHF were randomly divided into two groups （conventional treatment group and combined treatment group）. The levels of serum BNP, CRP, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and 6 minutes walk test were measured before treatment and 6 months after treatment. Results Ventricular function and ex- ercise tolerance improved obviously, and serum BNP and CRP levels reduced remarkably in combined treatment group than that in conventional treatment group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Trimentazidine combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets can effectively improve ventricular function and exercise tolerance, and improve the life quality of patients with IHF.
