上海市第六人民医院金山分院心血管内科10年间住院病种调查分析

Investigation and analysis of inpatient disease-category in cardiovascular department of Jinshanbranch of the sixth people＇ s hospital of shanghai in 10 years

目的分析上海市第六人民医院金山分院心血管内科住院患者的病种构成变化及各种心血管疾病演变趋势。方法采用回顾性分析的方法对我院2001年1月至2010年12月心血管内科5152例住院患者的临床资料进行统计分析，病种分类参考ICD-10编码标准进行。结果①冠心病、高血压病、原因不明心律失常、原发性心肌病、心瓣膜病、心血管神经症、先天性心脏病和其他心血管疾病的构成比分别是25．16％、26．57％、28．84％、7．47％、6．23％、2．74％、1．36％和1．63％；②前、后5年住院心血管疾病前3种均为冠心病、高血压病和原因不明心律失常，三者占整个心血管住院病例的80．57％；③前、后5年心血管病病种构成发生变化：原因不明心律失常上升至第1位，其次为高血压病和冠心病。结论冠心病、高血压病和原因不明心律失常是构成心血管疾病住院患者的主体；冠心病等与人口老龄化相关的疾病增多，应加强预防工作。

Objective To analyze the changes of inpatient disease-category in cardiovascular department of our hospital and the changing trend of various cardiovascular disease. Methods The clinical datas of 5152 inpatients in cardiovascular department of our hospital from Jan. 2001 to Dee. 2010 were retrospectively analyzed, and the diseases were classsified by 1CD-10 coding classification reference standard. Results @Constituent ratio of coronary heart disease, hypertension, unexplained arrhythmias, primary cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, cardiovascular neurosis, congenital heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases were 25. 16% , 26.57% , 28.84% , 7.47% , 6.23% , 2.74% , 1.36% and 1.63% respectively; @Before and after 5 years of hospitalization, the first three kinds of cardiovascular disease were coronary heart disease, hypertension, and unexplained arrhythmi- a, they accounted for 80.57% of cardiovascular disease; @Before and after the 5 years, cardiovascu- lar disease constitution had changed： unexplained arrhythmia rised to first, followed by hypertension and coronary heart disease. Conclusions Coronary heart disease, hypertension and unexplained ar- rhythmias constitute the main body of cardiovascular disease in hospitalized patients; with the in- crease of coronary heart disease and other diseases related to aging of the population, prevention ef- forts should be strengthened.
