摘要
油茶是我国重要的林业经济植物,是我国食用油的重要来源之一,随着品种的优化和种植的规范化,油茶果机械化采摘成为必然,研制油茶果采摘机成为林业机械的一个新领域。在实地考察研究油茶果植物特性和采摘方式的基础上,设计了油茶果采摘机采摘臂的机构,并应用三维软件pro/e,针对采摘臂的液压驱动方式,对采摘臂进行了运动仿真。
Camellia oleifera (oil tea) is an important economic plant and an important source of edible oil in in China. With the variety optimization and standardization of cultivation, mechanization of harvesting oil tea fruit will become inevitable. The development of suitable machine for picking fruits becomes a new area of forestry machinery. In this paper, an organ of the picking arm for the fruit picking machine were designed, based on the study of plant characteristics and the way of picking. The motive simulation was made by the three-dimensional software pro/e, according to the way to drive the arm by hydraulics.
