"People-Oriented":the Value Orientation in the Governing Idea of Chongqing Practice

以"以人为本"的内涵与特征为理论基点,以重庆实践所取得的巨大成就为依据,从重庆实践"以人为本"执政理念的价值取向的理论维度和实践维度两个维度出发,论证重庆实践执政理念的创新与充实必须牢牢坚守"以人为本"这一法宝不放等,对重庆民生政府执政理念价值取向做了尝试性解读。

With the connotation and characteristics of ＂people-oriented＂ as the theoretical basis, and the accomplishments of Chongqing practice as the proof, this papers analyzed the innovation and en-richment of the governing idea of Chongqing practice from the perspective of theory and practice of the its value orientation. The paper tentatively explained the value orientation of Chongqing practice and held that the enrichment and innovation of Chongqing practice should be firmly related to the idea of being ＂people-oriented＂.
