鸦胆子乳膏治疗外阴菜花型尖锐湿疣临床观察

The clinical observation of vulva condyloma acuminata,treated with Brucea juvanica cream

目的 :观察鸦胆子乳膏治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的疗效 ,探讨治疗尖锐湿疣的最佳药物。方法 :对确诊尖锐湿疣在阴道镜下分型为菜花型的患者 ,选用鸦胆子乳膏药物治疗 (为观察组 )及激光治疗 (为对照组 )各 10 0例。结果 :鸦胆子乳膏治愈率 10 0 % ,平均治愈时间 14d ,对周围皮肤粘膜无损伤 ,患者无痛苦及不适 ;激光治愈率 10 0 % ,平均治愈时间 39d。患者有烧灼感 ,疼痛及溃疡形成。结论 :鸦胆子乳膏治疗菜花型尖锐湿疣治愈率高 ,且患者无痛苦及不适 ,可作为首选药物 ,有研究及开发价值。

Aim:To observe the effects of Brucea javanica cream on comdyloma acuminatum (CA),and to investigate the most effective medicine in treatment of CA.Methods:Patients diagnosed as CA of canliflower under colposcope were treated with Brucea jaranica cream and laser.Results:The cure rate of Brucea jaranica cream was 100%.Meanwhile the arerage cure time was 14 days,moreover,there were no injure of mucons membrance,pains and discomfort.Comparatively,the cure rate and average time of laser were 100% and 39 days,respectively.At the same time,there were pains,burning pains,ulcers.Conclusion:Brucea jaranica cream is not only effective on CA of canliflower but also without pains and discomfort.The results indicate that it is first option in treatment of CA and its potential value is very significant.
