摘要 提出了偏振能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定炼钢污泥中化学成分的方法,优化了仪器的工作条件。在最佳分析条件下,测定了炼钢污泥样品中TFe、SiO2、MgO、Al2O3、P和CaO的含量,所测定的6种成分的相对标准偏差均小于3%,并对污泥试样进行了测定,其分析结果与用化学法的测定值相一致。采用偏振能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定炼钢污泥中TFe等成分周期短、准确度高,方法简便、快速,完全能满足生产需求。 A method for the determination of chemical components of mire from steel-making by polarized energy dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy was proposed. The instrumental operation conditions were optimized. Under the optimal analytical conditions, TFe,SiO2 ,MgO,A1203, P and CaO in real mire samples were determined. The relative standard deviation (RSD) values (n= 11) of 6 components were less than 3 %. Chemical components of mire samples were determined. The analytical results obtained by the proposed method were consistent with those by the conventional chemical methods. The method for the determination of TFe etc. in mire from steel-making by polarized energy dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy is of short cycle and good accuracy. In addition, the method is simple and fast, thus can fully meet requirements for quality control in production .
