Establishing Open University of Hebei should be based on analyzing the construction and opera- tion of the counterparts at home and abroad. Meanwhile its goal is expected to be combined with the construc- tion of lifelong education system in Hebei. Establishing Hebei Open University with the support of Hebei Radio and TV University has great advantage. It will be more consistent with the special educational feature of Hebei and serve for the economic development. It will cooperate with other universities, optimizing and integrating all kinds of resources. It will also handle well its relationship with the National Open University.
