应用型地方高校大学生综合素质的需求调查——基于社会用人单位及大学生的视角

Investigation on Demand for Application-oriented Local College Students' Comprehensive Quality——On the Basis of Social Employing Units and the Students

大学生综合素质不能满足用人单位的需求,是制约大学生就业的重要原因所在,也是阻碍地方应用型高校生存和可持续发展的关键要素。调查分析发现,应用型地方高校的学生综合素质与社会用人单位的需求之间仍存在一定差距,阻碍了大学生的顺利就业,应引起大学生个人和应用型地方高校的高度重视。

It is an important reason to restrict the students to obtain employment that the students＇ compre- hensive quality cannot meet the need of the social employing units, and it is also a key element to hinder the ex- istence and sustainable development of the application-oriented local colleges. The survey analysis shows that there is a disparity between the application-oriented local college students＇ comprehensive quality and the need of the social employing units, thus impeding the students to get employed, which should call great attention of both the students themselves and the application-oriented local colleges.
