摘要
教师专业化本质上是教师个体成长的过程,是教师不断接受新知识、增长专业能力的过程。教师要成为一个成熟的专业人员,需要通过不断的学习与探究来拓展其专业内涵,提高专业水平,从而达到专业成熟的境界。
Teachers' professional development in nature is the process of teachers' becoming mature, ac- cepting new knowledge and enhancing professional competence. In order to be mature professionals, the teacher should learn and study continuously to expand professional connotation, promote professional standards and reach the realm of professional maturity.
