摘要
通过提高表面Laplacian电势精度对人体体表生物电信号进行精确源定位,本文从理论上推导了25点点阵法计算表面Laplacian电势的公式,其中截断误差不受六阶导数的影响,这种方法已达到表面Laplacian电势的6阶估计.同时经过模拟实验的对比验证,当测量位置不同时,25点点阵法比传统的九点法测量结果提高了18.08%~27.30%.故理论分析和实验验证都表明,25点点阵法的精度比现有文献报道的方法均有显著提高.该方法可为脑认知、胃肠电与子宫肌电等研究和临床应用提供有力的手段.
The source of bioelectrical signal can be accurately located by improving the precision of sur- face Laplacian potential, based on which the formula of calculating surface Laplacian potential by 25- point matrix method was theoretically derived in this paper, with truncation error not influenced by six-or- der derivative. This approach reaches the six-order estimation of surface Laplacian potential. At the same time, the simulation contrastive experiments show that, when the measurement position is different, the measurement result by the 25-point matrix method was improved by 18.08% --27.30% compared with that by the traditional nine-point method. Therefore, both theoretical analysis and experimental verifica- tion show that the precision of the 25-point matrix method is improved significantly compared with that of the existing methods reported in literatures. This method can provide a powerful tool for the research and clinical applications of brain cognition, gastrointestinal electricity and uterine muscle electricity.
