摘要
毕业校友的信息服务是高校图书馆服务的新内容。目前,高校图书馆存在校友服务工作滞后、校友信息服务水平较低、校友信息服务欠缺主动性等问题。开展校友后续服务是图书馆发展的内在要求,是以人为本的服务理念的体现,是提升学校凝聚力的有效途径。图书馆应提供以数字资源为主的服务信息;建立读者信用评估体系;建立专业馆员服务机制;建立校友会,加强对校友的组织管理;强化服务意识,提升服务水平。
Information services for alumni are new contents of university library services. At present, university libraries have problems such as alumni services are hysteretic, the level of information services of alumni are low, information services of alumni lack of initiative. Developing follow-up services of alumni is the inherent requirement of library development, is the embodiment of human-oriented service concept, is the effective way to increase school cohesion. Libraries should provide information services with digital resources as main, establish credit evaluation system of readers, establish professional librarian service mechanism, establish alumni association to strengthen the management of alumni, and strengthen the service consciousness to improve the service level.
