摘要
微博是基于用户关系的信息分享、传播及获取的平台。国内图书馆微博的应用处于起步阶段,虽然有所发展,但仍然存在微博更新发布频率低、缺乏同行"关注"意识、"粉丝"普遍较少、与读者交流少、缺乏科学管理等不足。图书馆应在多个微博平台建立账户,以满足更多读者的需求;建立多种类型的微博账户,开展专题服务;充分利用微博的各项功能,加强与读者之间的交流;设置专人对微博进行管理,规范微博内容。
Microblog is a platform of sharing, disseminating and accessing information based on the customer relationship. The application of micro-blog in domestic libraries is at the initial stage, although it has some development, there are still many shortcomings such as updating with low frequency, lack of concern consciousness to profession, fewer fans, less communication with readers, lack of scientific management, and so on. Libraries should establish mirco-blog accounts in different microblog platforms to meet needs of more readers, establish various types of micro-blog accounts to develop special subject services, make the most of functions of micro-blog to strengthen communication with readers, and arrange special person to manage mirco-blog, in order to standardize contents of microbiog.
