摘要
现代企业在管理员工的过程中,不仅要给予员工适当的经济报酬,还必须重视员工的心理需求,只有如此才能提高员工的工作满意度。文章通过调查研究发现,民营零售企业中的销售人员和管理者对于心理报酬概念模糊,现行薪酬制度有待完善,心理报酬制度在企业中尚未普及,在应用中存在很多问题。而且,很多销售人员工作满意度很低,因自身心理报酬未被满足而离职的销售人员不在少数。为更好地满足员工需求,提高员工工作满意度,发掘员工内在潜力,激发员工工作热情,企业应转变观念,重视心理报酬的重要作用;让员工了解心理报酬的含义、构成、重要性,参与心理报酬制度制定过程;应采取得力措施帮助员工缓解压力,使员工保持身心健康和积极的工作状态;应优化工作环境,建立和谐的人际关系;应重视激励设计,让激励真正发挥作用。
When the modern enterprises manage employees,they need to provide the psychological rewards to employees besides the financial rewards in order to increase employees' job satisfaction.With the help of the survey,the author finds that the sales staffs and managers of the private retail enterprises are holding the vague concept of psychological compensation;the current pay system should be improved;the application of psychological reward system in the enterprise is also not universal;there are a lot of problems with the application of that;and many sales staffs have low job satisfaction.There are many employees leave with the reason that the psychological reward cannot be paid.To better meet the staffs' requirement,improve their level of satisfaction,explore their potential and arouse their enthusiasm of working,the enterprises should,first,change their ideas and pay attention to the important role psychological reward plays;second,they should help the staffs to understand the implication,structure and importance of psychological reward,and let them to be involved in the formulation of psychological reward mechanism;third,they should help the staffs to relieve the pressure and maintain a health and active status;fourth,they should optimize the working environment and foster the harmonious human relations;and fifth,they should pay more attention to the design of incentives and give full play to the role of incentives.
