威廉姆斯生活技能训练对ICU护士社会支持的影响

The Affection of Williams Life Skills Training on the Social Support Level of ICU Nurses

目的探讨威廉姆斯生活技能训练(WLST)对ICU护士社会支持的影响。方法将中南大学湘雅二医院胸心外科ICU病区和神经外科ICU病区自愿参加本研究的75名女护士随机分成干预组37人和对照组38人,对干预组给予8次WLST,对照组不实施干预。采用社会支持评定量表(SSES)于干预前、后分别对两组护士进行评定,比较两组护士的差异。结果干预后两组间比较,干预组护士SSES总分、主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度得分较对照组高,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论威廉姆斯生活技能训练对改善ICU护士的社会支持有效。

[ Objective ] To explore the efficacy of Williams Life Skills Training on the Social Support Level of nurses in intensive care unit （ICU）. [ Methods ] 75 female nurses from ICU of chest surgery and neurosurgery of the Second Hospital of Xiangya Medical School, Central South University, were randomly assigned to the study group （n =37） and the control group （n =38）. An 8-week Williams Life Skills Training （WLST） was taken for the nurses in the study group, while the control group was not take training course. All subjects were assessed with Social Support Evaluation Scale （SSES） before and after the WLST. [ Results ] After the intervention, the total scores of SSES. The scores of Tangible support, Belonging support and Self-Esteem support of the study group are higher than the control group （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] WLST could effectively improve the level of social support in ICU nurses.
