摘要 目的观察血管内皮生长因子受体和AQP1在NSCLC、不典型腺瘤样增生及非肿瘤性病变肺组织中的表达,探讨它们在NSCLC发生发展中的作用及相互关系。方法 NSCLC 20例,不典型腺瘤样增生病变20例、肺良性瘤样病变20例,采用R T-PCR、Western-Blot检测KDR、AQP1在NSCLC肺组织、不典型腺瘤样增生病变和非肿瘤性病变肺组织中的表达变化。结果①NSCLC肺组织中的KDR和AQP1表达量高于不典型腺瘤样增生(P<0.05),显著高于非肿瘤性病变肺组织(P<0.01)。②NSCLC肺组织中KDR和AQP1表达呈正相关(r=0.653,P<0.05)。结论 KDR、AQP1在NSCLC肺组织中的表达增加,在NSCLC的发生和发展中有协同效应。 【Objective】 To explore the changes of KDR and AQP1 in lung tissue of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients and their clinical significance.【Methods】 20 NSCLC cases,20 atypical ad enomatous hyperplasia(AAH) cases and 20 benign pulmonary lesions cases were chosen in this study.KDR and AQP1 expression were determined by RT-PCR and Western Blot.【Result】 ① The expression of KDR and AQP1 in NSCLC tissue were significantly higher than those in AAH lesions tissue(P〈0.01),and were significantly higher than those in benign pulmonary lesions tissue(P〈0.01).② There was a positive correlation between KDR and AQP1 in NSCLC tissue(r =0.653,P〈0.05).【Conclusion】 The expression of KDR and AQP1 is increased in tissue of NSCLC patients,which may play a synergistic role in carcinogenesis and development of NSCLC.
