摘要
目的检测四川阿坝与内蒙古陈旗砖茶中的氟含量,了解砖茶氟含量水平。方法采用氟离子选择电极法。结果53份砖茶氟含量均值为748.5mg/kg,其中四川阿坝与内蒙古陈旗的砖茶氟含量均值为741.5mg/kg、756.8mg/kg,二者差异无显著意义( P>0.05);水煮法检测的氟含量占酸浸法的 77. 1%;砖茶氟含量是其它茶叶的 4. 4倍;不同环节、不同产地的砖茶氟含量差异无显著意义(P>0. 05)。结论砖茶氟含量高于其它茶叶,应制订砖茶氟含量标准。
Objective Determine and understand flouride content in brick tea consumed in Aba county, Sichuan province and Chen county, Inner Mongolia autonomous region.Method Fluoride ion selective electrode method was used. Result Mean fluoride content of 53 brick tea samples was 748.5mg/kg, of them 741.5mg/kg in Aba and 756. 8mg/kg in Chen, respectively.There was no significant difference between the fluoride contents of Aba brick tea and Chen's (P >0.05).The fluoride content of brick tea infusion treated by water boiling accounted for 77.1 % of that treated by acid immersing. Fluoride content in brick tea was 4.4 times as much as that in common tea. No significant difference was found in the fluoride contents of brick tea coming from different links and produced areas. Conclusions Fluoride content in brick tea is much higher than that in other kinds of tea, so the national standard of fluoride content in brick tea should be worked out.
