摘要
本文以输出平均振荡势功率最小作为左心室与体动脉优化耦合的判据 ,对主动脉根部压力施加不同约束条件建立左心室 体动脉的两种不同优化耦合模型 ,分别确定主动脉根部的压力和流量 ,并讨论心血管参数对动脉中压力和流量的影响 ,所得结果与生理事实相当吻合。文章最后通过比较这两种模型在偏离优化耦合状态下平均振荡势功率变化情况 ,发现本文中的模型 2看来比模型 1具有更高的合理性。
Using minimization of output mean oscillatory potential power as criterion of left ventricle systemic artery optimal coupling, we established two different optimal coupling models between the left ventricle and the systemic artery by giving different pressure at the aortic root. The pressure and flow at the aortic root were determined respectively. The effects of the cardiovascular parameters on the pressure and flow in artery were also discussed in detail, and the results obtained were quite consistent with the physiological behavior of circulatory system. By comparing the variation of mean oscillatory potential power of these two models when they deviated from the optimal coupling state, it seemed that Model 2 was much more reasonable than Model 1.
