摘要
目的:为增加果实的钙含量,调节P-Ca、K-Ca、N-Ca平衡,提高采后果实品质。方法:通过采前对库尔勒香梨喷施0.014%、0.017%、0.020%钙肥,研究采前喷施不同浓度液钙对香梨采后贮藏过程中果实品质和矿质营养的影响。结果:钙肥浓度越大,对抑制果实质量损失、保持果实硬度的作用越明显。结论:喷施0.020%的钙肥效果最好。喷施该浓度的钙肥还有利于果实保持总酸含量,抑制可溶性固形物含量的变化,但0.020%的钙肥对抑制保鲜袋内CO2的释放效果较差。采前喷钙没有使采后果实中的Ca含量明显增加,有的处理甚至使果实中的Ca含量减少;采前喷施一定钙肥有助于增加果实的P、K、Ca营养元素含量,但不是钙肥浓度越高,喷施效果越好。
Objective: This test aimed to increase the calcium content of the fruit to adjust P-Ca, K-Ca, N-Ca balance and to improve postharvest fruit quality. Method: The test studied the fruit quality and mineral element in Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd storage by spraying 0.014%, 0.017%, 0.020% calcium fertilizer preharvest. Result: Higher calcium fertilizer density can prevent the guality loss and keep firmness. Conclusion: 0.020% calcium fertilizer was best. In addition, 0.020% calcium fertilizer could be benefit for preserving total acid content and preventing the change of soluble solid content, but it was not goodat inhibiting the CO2 release in MAP. Preharvest calcium spray did not make the post-harvest fruit Ca content was increased, and some treatment even in the Ca content of fruit decreased. Calcium spraying before harvest would help to increase fruit P, K, Ca nutrient content, but not the higher the concentration of calcium, spraying the better.
