摘要
目的:比较海南栽培灵芝与野生灵芝中总三萜酸的含量。方法:以熊果酸为对照品,5%香草醛-冰乙酸和高氯酸为显色剂,采用分光光度法在548nm波长处测定样品的吸光度值。结果:栽培海南赤芝的总三萜酸含量为1.96%,栽培信州赤芝的总三萜酸含量为1.29%,野生海南赤芝的总三萜酸含量为1.65%,野生黄边灵芝的总三萜酸含量为2.23%。野生海南灵芝的总三萜酸含量为2.00%。结论:栽培海南赤芝的总三萜酸含量高于野生海南赤芝及栽培信州赤芝,但低于野生黄边灵芝及野生海南灵芝。为灵芝的栽培和开发提供了有意义的理论依据。
Objective: Comparison on the content of total tritepenoidic acid between some cultivated and wild Ganoderma collected from Hainan. Methods: Under the experimental condition including pure Ursolic acid as the reference, 5% vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as color developer, the content of total tritepenoidic acid was determined by spectrophotometric method at 548 nm. Results: Total tritepenoidic acid content in cultivated G.lucidum of Hainan was 1.96%. Total tritepenoidic acid content in cultivated G.lucidum of Shinshu was 1.29%, total tritepenoidic acid content in wild G.lucidum of Hainan was 1.65%, total tritepenoidic acid content in wild G. luteomarginatum was 2.23%. Total tritepenoidic acid Content in wild G. hainanense was 2.00%. Conclusion: The content of total tritepenoidic acid of cultivated G.lucidum of Hainan was higher than that of wild G.lucidum of Hainan and cultivated G.lucidum of Shinshu, but smaller than that of wild G. luteomarginatum and wild G. hainanense. These results are provided significant theoretical basis for the cultivation and development of Ganoderma.
