Research progress on characteristics of hydroxypropyl-chitosan

摘要 羟丙基壳聚糖为壳聚糖的改性水溶性聚糖,相比壳聚糖,具有良好保湿吸湿性、抗菌性及吸附性等特性。具体介绍了羟丙基壳聚糖的这些特性及其机理,最后对羟丙基壳聚糖的研究趋势进行展望。 Hydroxypropyl-chitosan is a king of water-soluble chitosan, compared with chitosan, it is better advantages in some characteristics, such as hygroscopicity and absorbability, antibacterial activity and adsorptive. In addition, properties and their mechanism of the hydroxypropyl chitosan were described in detals, at last, it was prospected about the development and application of hydroxypropyl-chitosan.
