膝关节功能障碍的综合康复疗效分析

The clinical effects of rehabilitation treatment for stiff knee

目的 :研究保守治疗膝关节功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 :对 31例膝关节功能障碍患者进行关节功能牵引、肌力训练、关节内注射和理疗等综合治疗。结果 :关节活动度治疗有效率 90 .3% ,肌力训练有效率 6 7.7%。结论 :对于膝关节功能障碍采用保守治疗仍能取得一定的疗效。等速训练可能有助于扩大关节活动度。

Objective:To determine the clinical effects of the rehabilitation treatment for stiff knee.Method:31 stiff knee patients were treated with articular functional traction, muscle training, intra articular injection and physical therapy.Result:The effective rate of range of motion(ROM) was 90.3%, and the effective rate of muscle training was 67.7%.Conclusion:The rehabilitation treatment of stiff knee could achieve clinical effects.
