印度对非洲的经济外交是印非关系的重要组成部分,加强同非洲国家的合作对于全面推进印度的大国战略、实现其大国地位具有非常重要的现实意义。新时期印度对非经济外交凸显出民生导向的特色:在经济技术、基础设施、人力资源、医疗卫生和农业发展等领域加强民生援助;在经贸合作领域印度大力扶持惠民产业发展,跨国企业重视履行社会责任。印度对非经济外交取得了突出的政治成效,非洲国家支持印度在国际上发挥更大的作用。印度的对非经济外交战略推进中也存在诸多问题需要解决。对印度的对非经济外交进行深入全面的考察,有利于我们把握印度对非外交的发展趋势,对我国的对非政策有着重要的启示与借鉴意义。

India＇s economic diplomacy towards Africa is an important part of India-Africa relationship. It is of great importance for India to strengthen its rela- tionship with African countries. It has important practical significance not only for advancing India＇s great power strategy, but also for realizing its great power status. India＇ s economic diplomacy towards Africa highlights the livelihood-oriented features, including strengthening the people＇ s livelihood assistance in the areas of economics, technology, infrastructure, human resources, health and agriculture. In the fields of economic and trade cooperation, India＇ s transnational enterprises emphasize the social responsibilities and vigorously support the development of local industry. India＇ s economic diplomacy towards Africa has obtained outstanding achievement in political area. There are also some problems in India＇ s economic diplomacy toward Africa.
