超声波辅助合成2-甲酰基-6-羟甲基对甲苯酚及其表征

摘要 在超声波辐射下,用二氧化锰选择性将二醇化合物2,6-二羟甲基-4-甲基苯酚氧化为标题化合物,该反应条件温和,具有良好的选择性。所得产物进行了1HNMR、UV-Vis、IR、ESI-MS和元素分析表征。 A rapid and selective method for the oxidation of dialcohols compound(2,6-bis(hydroxymethyl)-4-methylphenol) to monocarbonyl compound(2-formyl-6-(hydroxymethyl)-4-methylphenol) is described.The reaction was carried by oxidation of manganese dioxide under ultrasound irradiation.The product was characterized by 1HNMR,UV-Vis,IR,ESI-MS and elemental analysis.
