摘要
为了对我国图书情报硕士培养单位的教师状况有一个整体了解,促进图书情报学学科的健康发展,调查了有关院系的网页、各种数据库,利用集体传记研究法分析我国图书情报硕士培养单位副教授以上职称教师群体年龄段、学历、学科背景的特征,以及论文产出和承担项目方面的情况,发现我国图书情报硕士培养单位教师群体的总体状况较好,但是也存在年龄段过于集中、学科结构单一等不利于突出图书情报学学科的应用型特征,这有可能制约学科发展。
In order to understand the overall situation of the teachers in the Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) training organizations in China and promote the healthy development of the discipline of Library and Information Science (LIS) , this paper investigates the Web pages and various databases of relevant universities and departments, and uses the Collective Biography method to analyze the characteristics of the teacher group above the associate professor level in MLIS training organizations in China, including their age bracket, academic qualifications and disciplinary background, and their paper output and undertaken projects. It's found that the general situation of the teacher group in MiffS training organizations in China is fairly good, however there exist the characteristics such as the age bracket is too concentrated and the disciplinary structure is too monotonous, which is unfavorable to the stressing of the application characteristics of LIS and may restrict the disciplinary development.
