中国石油集团渤海钻探工程有限公司工程技术研究院为满足复杂油气藏钻井完井对特殊完井管串及完井工具的需要,经过多年努力,研发了全通径系列尾管悬挂器及系列配套完井工具。该套设备具有设计先进合理、承载能力大、性能可靠稳定、现场操作方便、碰压成功率高、施工完成后实现全通径免钻塞、施工成功率高等特点,能够满足各种常规井、复杂井和特殊井尾管固井施工需要。文章重点介绍了该全通径系列尾管悬挂器的结构原理、技术参数、特点,并对现场推广应用情况进行了简要介绍。

To meet the requirement of complex reservoir drilling and completion on special completion string and tools,the Engineering Technology Research Institute of CNPC Bohai Drilling Engineering Co.,Ltd.developed the full hole series liner hanger and systematic completion tools after years of efforts.The new equipment is characterized by advanced and rational design,high load carrying capacity,reliable and stable performance,simple operation in the field,and high success rate of pump pressure.Successful construction could easily be achieved using this tool.It could also meet the demand of liner cementing of various conventional wells,complex wells,and special wells.This paper mainly introduced the structure principle,technical parameters,and characteristics of the liner hanger,and gave a brief introduction to its field application.
