摘要
某厂一台600MW机组引风机和一次风机变频改造后，变频引风机RB性能试验获得成功，变频一次风机RB性能试验引起锅炉MFT动作而失败。机组RB功能的正确投运对发电机组和电网的安全运行具有重要意义。就该机组变频风机RB功能的应用情况进行介绍，对变频一次风机RB性能试验失败原因进行分析，提出实现变频一次风机RB功能的改进意见。
After one induced draft fan and primary air fan frequency reforming, the frequency conversion induced draft fan RB charac- teristic trial is success and the frequency conversion primary air fan RB characteristic trial result from the boiler MFT action is fail. The precisely operation of the units RB function is important to the generation units and power grid. The paper introduces the application situation of the frequency conversion air fan RB function to these units and analyzes the fail reason of the frequency conversion primary air fan RB characteristic trial. Finally the paper presents improving suggestions to realize the frequency conversion primary air fan RB function
