This paper analysed the difference between the serial interface mode and the network mode, introduced the principles of telecontrol system reformation, and discussed the three schemes of teleeontrol system reformation. Taking the 220kV Jinyang substation as an example, this paper detailed the implementation process of teleeontrol system reformation of telecontrol system transformation.
