摘要
2008年冰灾后2011年贵州再次遭遇一次大规模低温雨雪天气,期间直流融冰发挥了巨大作用,共完成121条线路融冰,这样大规模的开展直流融冰在全国,乃至全世界均属首次,但在开展大规模融冰过程中也暴露了大量的问题和尚存的不足,主要表现在运行、维护、管理、水冷系统、保护定值等方面。
After the ice disaster in 2008, Guizhou has suffered from large scale of low temperature and snowy weather in 2011 again. During the period, the DC ice -melting played an indispensable function, which has finished 112 power lines ice -melting. The large scale development of DC ice - melting is the first time in the nation, or even in the whole world. However, a lot of problems weaknesses have been exposure in the large scale development, which mainly revealed in the operation, maintenance, management, water cooling system and protecting the setting calculation.
