电能质量监测设备通用要求的探讨

Discussion on the application requirement to the power quality measures and monitoring devices

随着电能质量测量及分析技术的推广应用和及配套电能质量标准的发布实施，《GB／T19862—2005电能质量监测设备通用要求》标准在实践中也发现了不足之处，对该标准中存在的问题进行了说明，并对标准的改进提出了部分建议。

With the application of the power quality measures and analyzing technology and the implementation of its matching power quality standards, it has been found that the＂ GB/T 19862 -2005 power quality measures and monitoring devices application requirement＂ standard has disadvantages in the practice. The paper explains the problems existed in the standard and presents some proposals to the improving of the standard.
