摘要
通过对企业文化和政治思想工作内涵和特点的分析，认为企业文化是现代企业价值观的重要体现，思想政治工作是做好企业工作的重要手段，企业文化是企业思想政治工作和生产经营活动有机结合的纽带。
By analyzing on the intension and characteristics of enterprise culture and ideological political work, assumed that enterprise culture is an important manifestation of modern enterprises value view, ideological political work is an important means for making a good enterprise job, enterprise culture is a bridge connecting ideological political work and manufacturing management activity.
