Application of Solid-state Circuit Breaker in Coal Mine Low-pressure System

摘要 以煤矿低压系统为研究背景,基于故障发生时快速断电安全保护的要求,阐述了三相交流半导体开关即固态断路器的发展现状,比较了基于不同半导体器件固态断路器的性能指标和优缺点,提出了基于IGBT的固态断路器的数学模型,从理论计算和仿真实验证明了其全关断时间td<1 ms,符合快速断电的技术要求。 This paper took the coal mine low- pressure system as the study background. Based on security reqmrements ol tast power off when failure occurred, the development of the three - phase AC solid - state semiconductor switch that was the circuit breaker status was explained. Compared the performance indicators, advantages and disadvantages of different semiconductor devices based on kinds of solid - state circuit breakers, a mathematical model based on IGBT solid - state circuit breaker was proposed. The result of theoreti- cal calculations and simulation experiment showed that its full turn - off time td was less than 1 ms, which met the technical require- ments of fast power off.
