摘要
以可拓理论为基础选择了反映影响煤矿开采技术条件的13个评价指标,并确定了各评价指标的经典域与节域,建立了煤矿开采技术条件综合评价的可拓评价模型。该模型以综合关联度作为评价准则,避免了评价模型的主观性,同时通过安全等级的级别特征值可以反映出煤矿开采技术条件安全等级与各等级的距离。实际应用结果表明,该方法计算简便,结果可靠,实用性强,并能实现动态评价,为煤矿开采技术条件的综合评价提供了一种新的方法。
This article selected thirteen evaluating indexes which reflecting the coal mining conditions based on extension theory, and determined classical domain and joint domain of each index. The extension evaluation model of comprehensive evaluation for coal min- ing condition was built. Taking comprehensive correlation degree as a principle, this model not only can avoid subjectivity of evaluation model but also can reflect the disparity between security rank of coal mining condition and other different ranks by eigen value of the security rank. Practice results showed that this method was simple, reliable, practical, and it provided a new method to achieve comprehensive evaluation for mining technology condition.
