摘要
试验确定了猴头多糖罐批发酵的种子培养基配方、种子质量标准、发酵控制条件及发酵终点。猴头罐批培养要求种子活力旺盛,菌球色白,悬浮性强,密度3.0×103个.mL-1~4.0×103个.mL-1,直径0.5 mm~1.5 mm。5批发酵表明,猴头多糖培养以26℃,pH5.0,搅拌150 r.min-1~200 r.min-1,罐压0.04 PMa~0.06 PMa,通风0.6 m3.h-1~0.8 m3.h-1培养144 h~168 h较适宜,菌丝多糖达115 mg.g-1~130 mg.g-1。比较发现,猴头罐批发酵较栽培子实体多糖高2倍。
A recipe of substrate for Hericium polysaccharide seeds in fermenters, the quality index of seeds, the ferment conditions and termination conditions had found. Hericium in fermenters required thriving seeds, white fungus, high degree of suspension, with density of 3.0×103-4.0×103 per mL and diameter of 0.5 mm~1.5 mm. Five batches of ferment ex- periments had shown that when the cuhivation of Hericium polysaccharide under 26℃, pH5.0, stirred at 150 r-min-1~200 r. min-1, with pressure of 0.04 MPa~0.06 MPa and airflow of 0.6 m3-h-1~0.8 m3-h-1, the yield of mycelium polysaccharide could up to 115 mg.g-1 ~130 mg-g-1. Compared against cultivation of fruiting bodies, batch fermentation of Hericium im- proved by 2-fold.
