摘要
试验测定了食用菌生产中常见污染的毛霉、根霉、曲霉、木霉、青霉对常用5种杀菌剂的敏感性。结果表明,5种霉菌对菇丰杀菌剂比较敏感,菇丰浓度在1∶1 000的条件下,对5种霉菌的抑制效果较强。
In edible fungus production, 5 kinds of fungicides sensitivity on common pollution Mucor, Rhizopus, As- pergillus, Penicillium, Trichoderma were determined. The results showed that 5 kinds of molds on mushroom were abun- dance of fungicide sensitive, and the mold of the 5 inhibitory effect were strong, when edibie furyi concentrations of 1:1 000.
