腹膜后腹腔镜切除输尿管息肉的临床疗效(附10例报告)

The therapeutic effect of laparoscopic management of ureteral fibroepithelial polyp

目的:探讨腹膜后腹腔镜下切除输尿管息肉的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾分析2005～2010年为10例病理证实为输尿管息肉的患者行腹膜后腹腔镜切除术的临床资料。结果:10例患者均顺利完成手术,无一例中转开腹。手术时间120～260 min,平均160 min,术中出血量20～400 ml,平均50 ml。术后患者均无高热,3例发生暂时性漏尿,3 d后消失,术后3个月拔除双J管。随访6～18个月,患者均恢复良好,未见输尿管狭窄及复发,积水均消失。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗体积较大、蒂较宽、形状不规则的输尿管息肉疗效显著,术后不易复发,手术并发症少,值得推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the retroperitoneal laparoscopic management for ureteral fibroepithelial polyp.Methods：The clinical data of 10 cases of ureteral fibroepithelial polyp who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery from 2005 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All the operations were performed successfully without conversion to laparotomy.The operation time,blood loss was 160 min（120-260 min）,50 ml（20-400 ml） respectively.No high fever occurred,3 cases of temporary urine leak disappeared after 3 d,double J stent was used 3 months after the operation.The patients had been followed-up for six to eighteen months postoperatively.All the 10 cases had satisfactory results without ureteral stricture or recurrence.Conclusions：Laparoscopic management of large and irregular ureteral fibroepithelial poly with wide base is a highly effective and safe treatment,there is less recurrence and complication.
