摘要
目的为寻找增强机体耐热能力的制剂,观察复合人参制剂对高温下鼠的影响。方法将SD雄性大鼠随机分成2组,一组灌服复合人参制剂,另一组灌服等量凉开水作对照,2组同时放入干球温度40~41℃,湿球温度35~36℃的人工热室中受热至死亡,受热过程中每隔20min用同一测温探头测定各鼠的肛温,并记录各鼠的死亡时间。结果制剂组能减缓肛温的上升速率,显著延长大鼠的存活时间,有效地降低死亡率。结论复合人参制剂能增强大鼠在热环境中的耐受能力。
Objective The present experiment aims to find the pharmaceutics that can increase heat tolerance of the body. Methods Male SD rats were divided randomly into 2 groups, and one group was treated with ginseng preparation, the other With cool boiled water The rats were put into heat chamber With Td of 40~41℃ and Tw of 35-36℃and kept there until death. In this process rectal temperature of the rats were measured every 20 min with the same thermometric probe. and the time of death was recorded, Results The results showed that the compound ginseng preparation can suppress the rising of body temperature. prolong the survival time of rats and decrease the mortality. Conclusion This Suggests that compound ginseng preparation can enhance heat tolerance of rats.
