实验性急性出血性胰腺炎犬血中肽类物质在急性呼吸窘迫综合症中的意义

目的 研究急性出血性胰腺炎状态下血中肽类物质对肺泡表面活性物质表面活性的影响。方法将实验性犬急性出血性胰腺炎时血中分离出的肽类物质加入到大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中，应用膜天平测定了灌洗液中表面物质的表面活性变化。结果急性出血性胰腺炎状态下犬血中的肽类物质可使肺泡灌洗液的表面活性发生明显的抑制作用，表现为最小表面张力显著增加，恢复系数和稳定系数显著减小。结论胰腺炎状态下犬血中的肽类物质能显著抑制肺泡表面物质的表面活性，并由此导致急性呼吸窘迫综合症的发生和恶化。

Objective To investigate the role of the peptides released in acute experimental hemorrhagic pancreatitis in dogs to the activity of pulmonary surfactant Method We seperated the peptides from the plasma of acute experimental hemorrhagic pancreatitis dogs using the Sephadex G-25 chromatography and then using the Whihelmy Film Banlance to test its effects to the activity of pulmonary surfactant in the rats' bronchoalveolar lavage. Result We found that the peptides released in the hemorrhagic pancretitis could inhibit the activity of pulmonary surfactant severely and extensively, but the peptides of control group showed no significant inhibiting effects, Conclusion it suggests that the peptides released in acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis may play a very important role in the development of acute respiratory distress syndrome by inhibiting the activity of pulmonary surfactant.
