摘要
对籽粒苋中的蛋白质、碳水化合物等营养成分及其功能性质的研究概况进行了综述,并对籽粒苋研究方向进行了展望。
In this article, protein, carbohydrate and other nutrients in grain amaranth was reviewed, as well as its functional properties. Also, the research trend of grain amaranth was prospected.
