絮凝反应沉淀池+低压高速膜过滤器工艺小型给水厂的设计

摘要 四川某矿山企业给水厂以地表水为原水,采用"絮凝反应沉淀池+低压高速膜过滤器"处理工艺,设计总处理规模为2400m3/d。文章介绍了工程的设计与运行情况,着重介绍了膜过滤器的设计参数与构造。运行结果表明,工艺运行情况稳定,出水水质达到设计要求。 With the use of flocculation sedimentation tank and low-voltage and high-speed membrane filter process,a mining enterprise waterworks in Sichuan province took surface water as raw water,and designed total processing scale of 2400m3/d.This paper introduced the design and operation of the project,especially the parameters and structure of the membrane filter design.The operation results showed that the process operation was steady and the effluent quality reached the design requirements.
