摘要 文中分析了影响高密度聚乙烯拉伸性能的各种因素。结果表明,试片制备、状态调节、样条制备、环境温度、样条厚度、测试速度、样条夹持等因素均对拉伸性能产生影响。建议在制备和测试过程中,严格按照测试标准,尽量减小和避免不利因素其对产品质量的影响。 This paper analyzed the various factors affecting the tensile property of HDPE. The result shows , the factors such as test piece preparation , conditioning , sample strip preparation , environmental temperature , sample thickness , test velocity , test strip holding all can affect the tensile property. It is recommended that , during preparation and test , these factors have to be paid attention to and test standard has to be strictly followed to minimized and avoid their affect on the result.
