摘要
大庆石化公司丁辛醇装置产生的碱性废水中,COD浓度高达50000mg/L。目前工业上还没有较好途径将废水中COD降解到排放标准,必须特殊工艺经稀释后,才能送给化工污水处理厂。文中阐述了辛醇碱性废水酸化汽提处理技术的实验过程及处理效果。
In the wastewater generated from the Butanol and 2-Ethylhexanol Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company , the concentration of COD is more than 50 000 mg/L.In modern industry there ' s no good way to degrade the COD in wastewater to the effluent standard , and it must be diluted to make sure that the emission won ' t damage the chemical sewage treatment plant. This paper expounded the experimental process and the treatment effect of the acidification and stripping treatment technology for alkaline waste water in octanol.
