基于设计的研究方法的教师培训设计

摘要 随着教师专业化进程的加快,政府组织的教师培训项目越来越多,而教师培训设计方面存在的问题也越来越突出。本文试图在分析教师培训现状的基础上,运用基于设计的研究方法作指导提出一种新的中小学教师培训的设计流程。
