ESP view's Personnel Training in Universities influence on the Needs analysis of Local Economic Development

根据"黑龙江省十二五规划"中旅游产业经济发展前景和人才需求状况,在对黑龙江省旅游人才需求状况调查的基础上,结合地域经济发展特色,提出了旅游英语校本课程开发及旅游人才培养方案,旨在培养更多合格的符合地方经济市场需求的人才,希望对普通高校旅游英语专业建设和发展提供参考。

Based on the survey of ESP , the local economic development prospects and talent demand conditions in Heilongjiang province, school -based tourism course training program is constructed by considering economic development of geographical characters , the integration of tourism English knowledge, tourism professional knowledge and professional skills of tourism, which is designed to train more qualified personnel to meet local market demand, the program construction in universities and the development of local economy in Heilongjiang province.
