针对化工专业生产实习的现状,分析影响生产实习效果的诸多因素,探索提高化工专业生产实习效果和教学质量的几个措施:思想上的高度重视、培养计划和实习内容的确定、加大实习经费投入和实习基地建设、落实考核制度、加强实习教师队伍建设等。

Based on the present situation of production practice of chemical engineering, this paper analyzes the factors which affect the production practice, trying to find the approaches to promoting the quality of education and the effect of production practice, such as placing great emphasis, confirming cultivating plan and practice content, increasing the practice funds and base construction, implementing the evaluation regulations and strengthening the construction of education teams of practice teachers, in order to provide some references for the reforming word of chemical production practice education
