新疆高校少数民族学生在动手性实验学习中存在的问题及对策研究

Discussion on the problems and countermeasure of minorities students studing operant experiment in Xinjiang high school

在新疆不同的高校中,少数民族学生在动手实验学习中普遍存在四方面的问题,即积极性不高、汉语水平低、沟通困难、动手能力不强。为此,应从提高学生学习积极性、按汉语水平分班授课、配备合适教师、实验操作前培训四个方面解决。

Among high schools in Xinjiang, most of minorities students have four problems during studying operant experiment, they are the enthusiasm of studying is low and the level of Chinese is bad and difficult to communicate with others, and the ability to operate is inferior. So, the school should enhence the enthusiasm to study and group the students by their actually level of Chinese and allocate suit teachers and training them before the experiments to slove these problems.
