摘要
本文应用有限元方法,设计了6300kN分体拉杆结构单柱液压机机身。机身分成上梁、立柱和下梁三个独立的零部件,采用拉杆超压预紧组合在一起。通过计算得出在公称载荷下机身体各部分应力和变形情况以及拉杆所受拉力等数据,确定了拉杆的直径和适合的预紧力等参数。对比了整体结构与组合结构机身两种设计方案,新结构整机重量虽略有增加,但刚度更好,关键是解决了制造、起吊和运输方面的困难。
By use of finite element method, the frame of the 6300 kN press with separated machine body and rod structure has been designed. The frame has been divided into upper beam, the column, and the lower beam, which are connected by overpressure via rod. The stress & deformation distribution of machine body and data of tension force of the rods under nominal load have been calculated. The diameter of rod and proper preload force has been determined. Comparing the integrated and the combined frame structure, it is found out that the new structure has a heavier weight but with better rigidity, which solves the difficulty in manufacture, craning and transportation process.
